Forbici Modern Italian in St. Pete, FL is seeking a dynamic, hospitality-driven Sous Chef to join our team at our newly opened, upscale dining venue in the heart of downtown.

Under the direction of the Executive Chef, the Sous Chef maintains the highest quality standards, oversees kitchen production, operations, safety and sanitation, and leads a high-energy team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as Sous Chef in a high-volume upscale dining setting.
• Demonstrated leadership in complex employee relations matters.
• Strong computer skills: MS Office, events/catering software, timekeeping/scheduling, POS.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest quality and standards in daily kitchen operations.
• Oversee production, operation, safety and sanitation within the kitchen.
