Forbici Modern Italian in St. Petersburg, FL is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our new location at Sundial. You will oversee daily operations, guest experience, and service standards in a fast-paced upscale casual setting.

We look for 2–3 years of management at full-service upscale restaurants, strong communication, English proficiency, and a track record of team leadership. Flexible full-time schedule and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in a management position at a full-service upscale restaurant.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Able to understand, speak and follow written and verbal instruction in English.
• Discretion and leadership in employee relations matters.
• Stay positive and calm under pressure.
• Strong work ethic and desire to learn and grow.
• Professional understanding of classic cookery, wine, beer, and cocktails.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office, events/catering software, timekeeping/scheduling systems and POS systems.
• Must obtain food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications.
• Flexible and dependable to work full-time day or night shifts, weekends and holidays, up to 50 a week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations and guest experience.
• Lead and train the team to ensure service standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen for smooth service flow and events.
• Manage staff scheduling and performance feedback.
