Forbici Modern Italian in St. Pete is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our newest location in Sundial. Join a hospitality-first team delivering elevated casual dining with house-made pastas, pizzas, and craft beverages.

The role requires 2–3 years in a management role at an upscale restaurant, strong communication, and a professional grasp of wine, beer, and cocktails. Full-time, day/night shifts, including weekends, are expected.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in a management position at a full-service upscale restaurant.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• English language fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.
• Discretion and leadership in employee relations.
• Ability to stay positive and calm under pressure.
• Knowledge of classic cookery, wine, beer, and cocktails.
• Proficiency with MS Office and POS/scheduling software.
• Food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications.
• Able to work full-time day or night shifts, weekends and holidays (up to 50 hrs).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and guest experience.
• Lead front-of-house and back-of-house teams and delegate tasks.
