Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Boca Raton, FL seeks a Sous Chef to lead the kitchen team and uphold our high standards of food quality and service. You will collaborate with operations and sales to plan and execute events, while managing costs and maintaining a safe, efficient kitchen.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of supervisory experience in fast-paced venues, experience with catered events, and a current ServSafe certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–3 years of kitchen supervisory experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venue is required.
• Experience preparing catered events and presenting foods for special events desirable.
• Relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is also acceptable.
• Current ServSafe certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Food & Beverage program and ensure high standards of quality and presentation.
• Maintain budgets, costs of sales, labor, supplies, and cash flow related to food operations; review P&L statements.
• Plan, supervise, and execute all banquet functions with operations and sales teams.
• Estimate food consumption and procure from approved programs; schedule staff for shifts.
