Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is hiring a Sous Chef to join our vibrant, entertainment-focused kitchens. You will blend culinary skill with leadership to uphold our Food & Beverage program and deliver high-quality service across events and daily operations.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory kitchen experience, a current ServSafe certification, and ability to manage menus, budgets, and banquet functions. We offer weekly pay and a range of dining and gaming perks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of kitchen supervisory experience in high-volume entertainment or hospitality.
• Current ServSafe certification required.
• Experience preparing catered events desirable.
• Relevant education or experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the company’s F&B menu and purchasing programs.
• Maintain budgeted revenue and costs; review P&L and adjust as necessary.
• Plan, supervise, and execute all banquet functions with operations and sales.
• Schedule staff to accommodate shifts in business volume.
• Address disciplinary issues and foster teamwork.
• Ensure product quality, freshness, and presentation to company standards; supervise preparation, portioning, garnishing, and storage.
• Assist with kitchen equipment maintenance and DOH sanitation audits.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment at all times.
• Report critical issues to General Manager ASAP.
