Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Sous Chef to lead kitchen operations in a fast-paced, entertainment-focused venue. You will supervise food preparation, ensure quality and presentation, and collaborate with the KM/Chef and General Manager to manage staffing and events.

The role requires a ServSafe certification and 1–3 years of supervisory kitchen experience, with catering event exposure desirable. This position offers a dynamic team environment and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

1–3 years of kitchen supervisory experience in high-volume venues.
Experience catering events and presenting foods desirable.
Current ServSafe certification required.

Responsibilities

Adhere to the F&B menu and purchasing programs.
Monitor budgets and review P&L related to food operations.
Supervise banquet functions with operations and sales teams.
Estimate food consumption and schedule staff accordingly.
Address disciplinary issues with KM/Chef/GM and foster teamwork.
Ensure product quality, freshness, presentation, and proper storage of all food items.
Oversee kitchen equipment maintenance and DOH sanitation compliance.
Maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment at all times.
Report critical issues to the General Manager.
