Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment seeks a hands-on Sous Chef to lead kitchen operations within a dynamic entertainment venue. You will supervise staff, manage budgets and oversee food quality while coordinating with events and sales teams to execute banquets and special occasions.

The ideal candidate brings 1–3 years of supervisory kitchen experience, ServSafe certification, and a strong commitment to hygiene and safety. This is a high-energy on-site role with competitive perks and weekly pay.

Qualifications

Minimum 1–3 years of kitchen supervisory experience in large venues or entertainment settings.
Current ServSafe certification required.
Experience managing food operations, budgets and staff.

Responsibilities

Adhere to the F&B menu and purchasing programs.
Manage budgets, costs of sales, labor and supplies; review P&L statements.
Plan, supervise and execute banquet functions with operations and sales teams.
Estimate food consumption and schedule staff to match shifts and volume.
Address disciplinary issues with KM/Chef/GM and foster teamwork.
Ensure product quality, freshness and presentation meet company standards.
Oversee kitchen equipment maintenance and DOH compliance; conduct sanitation audits.
Maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment and report issues promptly.
