Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment, a premier entertainment and dining concept, seeks a Sous Chef to lead kitchen operations and ensure top-quality food and service. You will oversee kitchen staff, assist in planning banquet events with the operations and sales teams, and maintain DOH compliance while upholding the company’s standards.

The role focuses on managing a high-volume kitchen, supervising food preparation and presentation, and collaborating with the KM/GM to address issues and foster teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of kitchen supervisory experience in high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to F&B menu and purchasing programs.
• Manage costs: revenue, costs of sales, labor, and supplies; review P&L statements.
• Plan and supervise banquet functions with operations/sales teams.
• Estimate food consumption and schedule staff accordingly.
• Ensure product quality, freshness, and presentation to standard.
