Qualifikationen

• A.S. or equivalent education or training in culinary arts.
• Progressive culinary/kitchen management experience preferred.
• Catering experience a plus and cost-control focus.
• Strong knowledge of food quality, sanitation, and presentation.
• Experience with MS Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
