Job summary

The role requires experience in high-volume, complex foodservice operations, strong computer skills, and a collaborative, entrepreneurial approach to menu innovation.

Qualifications

• A.S. or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Must be experienced with computers; MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, E-mail, Internet).
• ServSafe certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Executive Chef with managing cost controls and expenditures.
• Assists the Executive Chef with planning and creating menus.
