• A.S. or equivalent culinary education or experience preferred.
• Progressive culinary/kitchen management experience is desirable.

• Assist in the supervision, preparation, and cooking of various food items.
• Develop daily menu items and their preparation and garnishment.
• Work with Executive Chef to develop menus and assist with ordering.
