Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, seeks a Sous Chef to lead the Culinary Department operations in a facility, supervise staff, and support menu development. You will work with the Executive Chef to plan, prepare, and garnish dishes, ensuring high standards and efficient kitchen performance.

This role offers opportunities to develop menus, manage cost controls, and collaborate on catering events while upholding quality and patient-focused service in a health system environment.

Qualifications

• AS or equivalent experience in culinary field.
• Progressive culinary/kitchen management experience recommended.
• High-volume, complex foodservice operations experience desirable.
• Institutional and batch cooking experience helpful.
• Knowledge of food trends, quality, sanitation, and cost controls.

Responsabilités

• Assist Executive Chef with cost controls and expenditures.
• Assist Executive Chef with planning and creating menus.
• Produce and execute catering events.
• Roll out new culinary programs with marketing and culinary team.
