The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, skilled in high-volume catering, uses recipes, and works well in a team. Compensation includes a $31.00 per hour pay rate, benefits after 90 days, and parking and meals.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume catering production, hot line, cooking from recipes.
• Must have supervisory experience.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates, including scheduling, training, and coaching.
• Stores food in designated areas following all safety procedures.
• Ensures proper food handling, presentation, and serving temperatures.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment and work areas.
• Interacts with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
