Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume catering environment.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares foods following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates, including scheduling and training.
• Ensures proper food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and equipment.
• Provides excellent customer service and communicates with supervisor as needed.
