You will supervise kitchen staff, ensure food safety and quality, and uphold our Culture of Excellence while collaborating with other hotel teams. Hotel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise kitchen staff and support the Executive Chef in daily operations.
• Prepare menu items and ensure food quality and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Report to the Executive Chef and collaborate with hotel teams.
