Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' sous-chef experience in restaurant or institutional settings preferred.
• Serv Safe certification or Certified Dietary Manager preferred.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Able to learn and apply infection control guidelines.
• Able to learn and apply food safety/handling standards.
• Able to learn and apply knowledge of therapeutic diets and food consistency modifications.
