Morrison Healthcare is seeking a Sous Chef to lead the Culinary Department at one of our facilities. You will assist in supervision, preparation, and cooking, developing daily menus and controlling costs in collaboration with the Executive Chef.

This role offers an energetic, entrepreneurial culinary professional the opportunity to implement new programs, participate in catering events, and contribute to high‑quality patient and staff dining experiences across a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• A.S. or equivalent experience.
• Catering experience is a plus; high-volume operations desirable.
• Experience with cost controls, sanitation, and presentation.
• Must be willing to participate in client satisfaction programs.

Responsabilités

• Assist Executive Chef with managing cost controls and expenditures.
• Assist with planning and creating menus.
• Produce and execute catering events.
• Roll out new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams.
