Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Sous Chef to lead our kitchen team, ensure the quality and presentation of our foods, and uphold the standards of our Food & Beverage program during high-volume events and daily service.

You will supervise prep and line cooks, manage inventory and costs, coordinate with the KM/General Manager, and support sanitation audits to meet health regulations. A ServSafe certification is required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of kitchen supervisory experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venue is required.
• Experience preparing catered events and presenting foods for special events desirable.
• Relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
• Current ServSafe certification required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the company’s F&B menu and purchasing programs.
• Maintain budgeted revenue, costs of sales, labor, supplies, and operating cash flow.
• Plan, supervise, and execute all banquet functions with operations and sales teams; supervise prep and service.
• Estimate food consumption and schedule staff to match business volume.
