Lucky Strike Entertainment in Boston is seeking a Sous Chef to lead our kitchen operations within a high-energy entertainment venue. You will oversee menu execution, ensure quality and consistency across our Food & Beverage program, and supervise a team to deliver exceptional service during events.

This role requires strong leadership, 1–3 years of supervisory kitchen experience, and a ServSafe certification.

Competenze

• Minimum 1–3 years of kitchen supervisory experience in high-volume venues.
• Experience preparing catered events.
• Current ServSafe certification required.
• Relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is also acceptable.

Mansioni

• Adhere to the company’s F&B menu and purchasing programs.
• Manage budgets, costs of sales, labor, and supplies; review monthly P&L statements and adjust as needed.
• Plan, supervise, and execute all banquet functions with operations and sales teams; oversee prep and service of food and refreshments.
• Estimate food consumption and schedule staff to match business volume.
• Lead with KM/Chef to address disciplinary issues and foster teamwork.
• Ensure product quality, freshness, and presentation meet company standards; supervise portioning and storage; manage equipment maintenance and DOH compliance.
