Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Sous Chef to lead kitchen operations, supervise staff, and uphold our high standards of food quality and service.

You will manage menus, oversee banquet preparation and service, and coordinate with Operations and Sales to ensure smooth events. ServSafe certification is required, with 1–3 years of supervisory experience in similar settings. The role includes competitive pay and weekly pay, with perks at Lucky Strike Entertainment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of kitchen supervisory experience in high-volume entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venues.
• Experience preparing catered events and presenting foods for special events is desirable.
• Current ServSafe certification required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the company's F&B menu and purchasing programs.
• Maintain budgeted revenue, costs of sales, labor, supplies, and operating cash flow related to food operations; review monthly P&L statements and adjust as needed.
• Plan, supervise, and execute banquet functions with Operations and Sales teams in the absence of the KM/Chef.
• Estimate food consumption and schedule staff to accommodate shifts in business volume.
• Partner with KM/Chef or GM to address disciplinary issues and foster teamwork.
• Ensure product quality, freshness, and presentation meet company standards; supervise preparation, portioning, garnishing, and storage of all food.
• Assist with managing kitchen equipment maintenance and DOH sanitation compliance.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment at all times and report critical issues to GM ASAP.
