Job summary

The Chatham Inn on Cape Cod is seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in fine dining, banquet service, and restaurant management, with a strong background in food preparation, kitchen operations, and team leadership.

As an integral part of the Executive Chef’s team, you will oversee daily kitchen activities, ensure high standards of food quality and safety, and collaborate with our Corporate Chef and F&B teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fine dining establishments or banquet services.
• Supervisory experience with leadership in a culinary setting.
• Strong background in food production, kitchen management, and safety protocols.
• Knowledge of menu planning, inventory control, and food handling procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
