The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, excellent communication, and meticulous attention to detail. Responsibilities include planning with the Executive Chef, daily requisitions, staffing support, and inventory management to ensure top-quality dishes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a high-volume kitchen, hotel/resort experience preferred.
• Leadership and ability to motivate a team.
• Strong communication, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily kitchen operations and collaborate with the Executive Chef on planning and staffing.
• Assist in hiring, training, and coaching the culinary team.
• Oversee menu development, inventory control, and ensuring dish quality and safety.
