Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is hiring a Sous Chef - Daylene's Supper Club in Wisconsin Dells. The role supports the Executive Chef with precise menu execution, strong team leadership, and a commitment to quality.

You will help foster a memorable dining atmosphere with attention to detail and exceptional hospitality. You will lead a culinary team, control costs, train staff, and collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house leaders to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of culinary leadership experience, preferably in fine dining.
• Strong cost control, purchasing, and kitchen labor management experience.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and mentor culinary team members.

Responsibilities

• Execute menus developed by Kalahari corporate with precision and consistency.
• Support daily kitchen operations, ensuring cleanliness and efficiency across stations.
• Lead, train and mentor culinary team members to foster growth and accountability.
• Manage food costs, inventory, and vendor relationships to maintain excellence.
• Deliver memorable tableside presentations and collaborate with front-of-house leadership.
• Contribute to a seamless guest experience through strong teamwork.
