Qualifications

• 2+ years in a high-volume restaurant or dining venue in kitchen roles.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food and products are consistently prepared according to recipes and standards.

• Prepare required paperwork, forms, reports and schedules timely.
• Adhere to HACCP guidelines for safe and sanitary production.
