Qualifications

• 1 year front-of-the-house or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in a full-service restaurant required.
• English reading/writing/speaking required; bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, and F&B Director and enforce policies and procedures with restaurant staff.
• Fill in as an associate to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations daily.
• Coach and train staff in professional development across areas of the role.
• Ensure equipment is clean and maintained per the restaurant's maintenance programs.
