Qualifications

• 3 years progressive culinary experience
• 3 years of management experience
• 2+ years in a high-volume restaurant/production kitchen
• Proven culinary supervisory experience
• Inventory and purchasing knowledge; P&L accountability

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of a dinner-only steakhouse kitchen alongside the sous chef
• Ensure consistent quality, flavor, and presentation across all dishes
• Monitor food costs, portioning, prep par levels, and waste management
• Conduct daily line checks and ensure stations are stocked and organized
• Maintain high standards of food safety, labeling, and storage (FIFO)
• Maintain a clean, compliant kitchen aligned with health dept and resort standards
