Job summary

All Day Café in Sioux Falls is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to work alongside the head chef and lead the kitchen team. You will oversee daily operations, ensure quality and presentation, and mentor staff to maintain high standards and a positive work environment.

You will manage inventory, ordering, and food costs while developing seasonal menu items. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong organization, and a passion for exceptional hospitality and food service.

Qualifications
