Job summary

Food Fight Restaurant Group is seeking a Sous Chef to lead and direct the preparation of foods in our Madison kitchen. You will supervise a sizeable kitchen team, ensure timely execution, and uphold high quality and safety standards.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative attitude to support service excellence in a busy restaurant setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; culinary degrees preferred.
• 2+ years as a sous chef is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a large team.
