Job summary

Food Fight Restaurant Group is seeking a Prep Cook to support kitchen operations with vegetables prep, sauce reductions, and basic cooking duties. You will help keep a clean, organized workspace and follow prep lists to ensure consistent quality in our busy restaurant environment.

Experience as a prep cook or similar, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure are essential. Flexible shifts and team-focused attitude are valued at Food Fight.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and other prep tasks.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized kitchen workspace.
• Assist cooks with basic cooking duties such as reducing sauces or parboiling foods.
• Support dishwashing and trash removal to keep kitchen flow smooth.
