Job summary

Food Fight Restaurant Group seeks a Sous Chef to plan and direct food preparation in the kitchen while supervising a large team. You will monitor operations, ensure quality and safety, and respond quickly to issues that arise. A strong communicator with leadership experience is essential.

Preferred candidates have a culinary degree and a minimum of two years as a sous chef, with the ability to multi-task under pressure in a fast-paced dining room environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma. Candidates with culinary degrees will be given preference.
• 2+ years of experience as a sous chef is preferred.
• Ability to effectively manage, direct, and lead a large team.
• Strong communication abilities with employees, vendors, and customers.
• Problem solving capabilities and willingness to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high pressure environment.
