Job summary

Andre-Boudin Bakeries is seeking a Cook / Kitchen Staff member to prepare and execute recipes to standard by following our kitchen policies. Experience is not required, making it suitable for entry-level applicants interested in a bakery environment.

Responsibilities include measuring ingredients, collaborating with chefs, maintaining inventory, proper food storage, and ensuring cleanliness at shift end. CA Food Handler or ServSafe certification is required, and the role offers flexible

Qualifications

Commitment to customer service and food quality.
Able to read and follow standardized recipes.
Entry-level friendly; prior restaurant/bakery experience is welcome.
CA Food Handler Card required or ServSafe acceptable.

Responsibilities

Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items as directed.
Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Cooks to prepare meals during dining hours.
Maintain accurate food inventories and rotate stock.
Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures.
Rotate stock items as per established procedures.
Restock kitchen for subsequent shifts.
Ensure that the food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized at the end of your shift.
