Boudin Bakeries in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking a Cook / Kitchen Staff to prepare menu items by following recipes and standards. No prior cook experience required; training provided.

You will read recipes, maintain inventories, rotate stock, store foods safely, and help keep the kitchen clean. Benefits include competitive pay, meal discounts, flexible schedules, opportunities for growth, and a daily loaf of bread.

Qualifications

• CA Food Handler’s Card required (servesafe also acceptable)
• Able to read and follow standardized recipes
• Strong knowledge of proper food handling procedures
• Commitment to excellent customer service and food quality

Responsabilités

• Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Cooks to prepare meals during our dining hours
• Maintain accurate food inventories
• Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures
• Rotate stock items as per established procedures
• Restock kitchen for subsequent shifts
• Ensure that the food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized at the end of your shift
