Job summary

Travelers is seeking a Manager for Sourcing Strategy, Management and Governance. Hybrid role across CT Hartford and MN St. Paul with a national scope.

Lead enterprise-wide sourcing strategy, governance, and supplier performance, while coordinating with stakeholders and driving process improvements, including AI-enabled workflows. You will not directly manage a team, but will partner with business leaders to align workforce demand, supplier selection, and transition activities, ensuring delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Four years of finance, financial planning, accounting, or related experience.
• Experience with Fieldglass and ACS strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage defined set of supplier work orders across multiple lines, including data-driven analysis and process optimization.
• Onboard resources end-to-end and monitor quality, progress, and team dynamics.
• Monitor vendor performance, flag risks, and provide proactive recommendations to leadership.
• Engage with stakeholders to surface risks, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with budget and strategy.
