Job summary

The Travelers Indemnity Company in Hartford, CT is seeking a Senior Director to lead Sourcing Risk & Operations within the S&SM team, overseeing supplier risk reviews, business continuity and offshore development center governance. This role drives a proactive, portfolio-based approach across strategic suppliers.

You'll partner with Tech & Ops leadership, develop executive briefing materials, and build the framework for enterprise risk management while guiding a growing team toward

Qualifications

9+ years in Finance, Audit, Procurement or Sales/Servicing roles.
Advanced degree (Master's) preferred.
Experience with eSourcing and Ariba.
Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead supplier risk program and proactive monitoring.
Design and manage portfolio-based supplier governance.
Develop executive briefing materials for senior leadership.
Oversee BC/DR planning and incident management.
Manage offshore development center oversight and site audits.
