Job summary

At Home is seeking a Sourcing Manager to bridge Buyers and agents/factories, shaping the overall sourcing strategy by category. You will partner with the Sr. Director of Sourcing to deliver cost-efficient, on-time product development and global risk management.

The role requires 6–10 years in international sourcing, strong negotiation and analytics skills, and the ability to travel internationally. This hybrid position is based in Coppell, TX with home-office flexibility and scheduled in-person

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 6–10 years' experience in international sourcing and/or buying, preferably within home goods.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to source from and work with overseas markets as needed.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, negotiating, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to develop/maintain strong working relationships with peers and cross‑functional teams.
• International travel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Product Partner Matrix process and drive the strategy by category.
• Analyze Product Partner Scorecard data and make recommendations to grow/maintain/decline.
• Collaborate with Sr Director of Sourcing, Trend and Merchant Partners to align the matrix to business needs.
• Identify gaps and present recommendations to fill them.
• Balance global risks with country-of-origin diversification plans.
• Communicate action plans with Agents/Product Partners and onboard new agents/factories.
• Track, report and manage agent/factory performance; negotiate costs during development.
• Manage the product development calendar for operational efficiency.
• Plan and manage international development trips; ensure on-time production delivery.
