Travelers in Hartford, CT seeks a Senior Director to lead the Sourcing Risk & Operations function. You will drive supplier risk reviews, BC/DR planning, ODC oversight, and enterprise risk governance while partnering with Tech & Ops leadership to align strategies with business objectives.

Lead a team, set direction, and build capabilities to transition to portfolio-based risk management while delivering executive briefs and value-driven supplier relationships across the organization.

Qualifications

• Typically 9+ years in finance, audit, procurement or related roles.
• Master's or other advanced degree.
• Strong knowledge of project management processes.
• Experience with contracts, legal and financial issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supplier risk management for Tech&Ops portfolio.
• Develop portfolio-based governance and supplier population.
• Prepare executive briefing materials for senior leaders.
• Manage BC/DR planning and tabletop testing.
• Oversee offshore development center audits and risk controls.
• Lead and develop the Sourcing Risk & Operations team.
• Partner with Procurement, Legal, Workforce Management and Tech & Ops leadership to align risk frameworks.
