Job summary

Travelers is seeking a Manager, Sourcing Strategy, Management and Governance to lead enterprise-wide sourcing initiatives within Tech & Ops Finance. You will design sourcing models, manage supplier performance, and align capabilities with business needs across professional services and outsourcing partners.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to drive risk management, workforce planning, and seamless transitions while applying AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years in sourcing, workforce strategy, or supplier management.
• Experience with Fieldglass, ACS and workforce planning tools strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined set of supplier work orders across multiple lines with data-driven analysis.
• Advise on sourcing model selection, supplier performance, and workforce demand planning.
• Apply enterprise sourcing models and rate card structures to work requests.
• Oversee resource onboarding and ensure quality and progress of engaged resources.
• Monitor vendor performance data, flag risks, and escalate when needed.
• Engage with stakeholders to surface risks, resolve variances, and support governance.
