Aston Carter seeks an experienced Recruiter II in Seattle to support Automation & Engineering and Real Estate & Facilities, handling high-volume requisitions and tight deadlines for existing sites and new launches. The role is 100% onsite, focusing on both exempt and non-exempt positions.

You will source for technical and non-technical roles, collaborate with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, and address compensation challenges in competitive talent markets, with an eye toward long-term

Qualifications

3+ years of sourcing experience.
Strong sourcing capabilities, including advanced Boolean search techniques.
Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles.
Proven ability to engage candidates in competitive talent markets.

Responsibilities

Source candidates for Automation & Engineering and Real Estate & Facilities roles.
Manage high-volume requisitions and work under tight timelines.
