Job Description We are looking for an experienced Recruiter II to join our team, focusing on sourcing for Automation & Engineering and Real Estate & Facilities job families. The team is expanding due to the departure of several tenured sourcers, creating an immediate need for experienced recruiting support. This role will support both exempt and non-exempt hiring across various positions, including Area Maintenance Managers, Maintenance Planners, Technicians, and specialized roles such as Quality Refrigeration Specialists. The position involves managing high-volume requisitions and working under tight deadlines to ensure staffing for both existing sites and new site launches.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates for Automation & Engineering and Real Estate & Facilities roles.
• Manage high-volume requisitions and work under tight timelines.
• Ensure staffing is completed prior to new site openings.
• Partner with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Navigate compensation challenges and engage candidates in competitive talent markets.

Essential Skills

• 3+ years of sourcing experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience sourcing candidates in rural or geographically challenging locations is highly preferred.

Work Environment

The position is 100% onsite, with preferred locations being Seattle, Nashville, or Arlington. Bellevue may be considered for particularly strong candidates. The work schedule follows standard business hours, with no holiday work expected.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
