Client is seeking a Sourcing Manager to own global hardware and rack component sourcing strategies, partnering with Hardware Engineering and Legal to ensure optimal contracts and TCO improvements.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, supplier performance, and cost optimization in a fast-moving, high-growth environment, with remote work options.

Formación

• 7+ years in strategic sourcing or procurement in high-tech hardware
• Experience negotiating multi-million dollar contracts with tier-1 suppliers
• Strong technical aptitude to communicate with hardware engineers

For our client, we are seeking a Sourcing Manager to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will own global sourcing strategy for critical hardware and rack components, with a strong focus on supplier selection, commercial negotiations, and long-term cost optimization. You will partner closely with Hardware Engineering, Legal, and supplier stakeholders to ensure sourcing decisions align with technical requirements, contract terms, and business objectives. The position is highly cross-functional and will play an important role in strengthening supplier performance, improving total cost of ownership, and supporting a fast-moving high-growth environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $175,000 – $400,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for rack and hardware components
