Ladders is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Market Intelligence and Risk for a remote role. The ideal candidate will lead hardware market intelligence, track tariffs, and develop risk and cost-management frameworks for hardware sourcing.

Responsibilities include publishing briefs, maintaining a risk framework, and monitoring supplier health while coordinating with sourcing and finance teams. MBA or related experience preferred for strategic leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA preferred
• 8+ years in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement analytics with 3+ years in market intelligence or risk management
• Hands-on HPC and data center hardware sourcing and analysis
• Strong background in interpreting market intelligence across hyperscaler technology supply chains
• Experience building supplier risk programs and cost management frameworks
• Knowledge of tariffs and export controls related to compute hardware
• Excellent executive writing and presentation skills

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Market Intelligence and Risk to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $225,000 - $285,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain hardware market intelligence covering trends, pricing, and capacity


• Publish monthly market briefs and quarterly outlooks for sourcing and finance teams


• Track tariffs and trade policies affecting hardware costs and schedules
