Ladders is seeking a Senior Director of Procurement & Sourcing to shape a global strategy across technology, software and services. This remote leadership role partners with IT, Finance, Legal and Operations to elevate supplier management and drive compliant, cost-efficient procurement.

You will lead global RFPs, negotiations and category management, mentoring teams and balancing global consistency with local market needs in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management.
• 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Global procurement experience including Europe.
• Strong IT/software procurement background (SaaS/enterprise).
• Proven contract negotiation and supplier performance track record.
• Strategic thinker with business acumen.
• MBA or certification a plus.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Procurement & Sourcing to join the team of a leader in the Media space.

This senior leadership role will shape and execute a global procurement strategy that supports business goals across a dynamic, technology-driven organization. The ideal candidate will drive sourcing excellence across technology, software, and professional services while balancing global consistency with local market needs. This position will partner closely with IT, Finance, Legal, and Business Operations to strengthen supplier management, improve commercial outcomes, and support enterprise-wide compliance. The role also plays a key part in building scalable category management practices and elevating procurement performance through strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $207,000 - $267,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global procurement and sourcing strategy aligned with corporate objectives
