• Plan and manage the procurement lifecycle from sourcing through contract negotiations.
• Standardize procurement processes across regions for scalability and consistency.
• Translate construction needs into long-term procurement plans for key equipment.
• Collaborate with design teams to maintain reference design standards in sourcing.
• Implement best practices to improve supply chain efficiency and mitigate risk.

For our client, we are seeking a Global Supply Chain Category Manager to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will lead global sourcing and procurement strategy for mission-critical infrastructure projects, with a focus on capital equipment used in data center builds. The position will partner closely with design and construction teams to standardize purchasing approaches, strengthen supplier relationships, and keep large-scale programs on schedule and within budget.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of strategic procurement leadership, technical supplier management, and operational discipline. Success in this role will come from building scalable processes, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and managing complex equipment and vendor portfolios across regions.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $135,500 – $193,500 annually

Responsibilities

• Familiarity with ERP systems, construction management tools, and digital procurement platforms.
