Recur Software Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Sourcing Associate who will reach out to software company founders by phone, email, and in person at conferences to initiate conversations that could lead to acquisitions.

Based in Chicago or New York, or willing to relocate, the role is front-line and high-energy, requiring resilience and strong communication to drive conversations that become deals. You will build relationships, qualify opportunities, and hand off to the deal team while developing

Competenze

• 1–3 years in a high-volume sales/BD role.
• Excellent phone presence and ability to handle rejection.
• Strong communication and rapport-building with founders.

Mansioni

• Cold call software founders and decision-makers weekly.
• Attend conferences and founder meetups to build relationships.
