Recur Software Technologies, Inc. is seeking its first in-house Talent partner to recruit exceptional leaders for our portfolio of vertical SaaS companies.

You will shape our executive recruitment program and own end-to-end searches for CEOs, GM, and other senior leaders across our holdco and operating companies. Based in New York City with openness to remote candidates willing to travel, you will source high-potential executives, write compelling outreach, and drive hiring metrics from funnel

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of SaaS recruiting, with full-cycle executive or leadership search experience.
• Proven track record filling senior roles (GM, C-suite, VP) with measurable metrics.
• Ability to source high-volume candidates without inbound applicants.
• Experience leveraging AI orchestration and enrichment tools.
• Growth mindset and comfort with change.

Responsibilities

• Run several CEO/GM searches at once for owned or acquisition targets with tight timelines.
• Lead recruiting for the holdco and high-leverage roles across operating companies.
• Source at volume by building pipelines from operators, PE leaders, and founders.
• Write outreach that gets replies and pitches for sub-$5M ARR CEO/GM roles.
• Screen candidates against leadership profile and manage end-to-end process.
• Build bench pipelines ahead of acquisitions and track funnel metrics.
