Republic Services is seeking a Polymer Center Sort Line Operator in Las Vegas, NV to oversee and operate the Sort Line process while adhering to safety and environmental standards. Qualifications

• Good customer services skills to meet and exceed customer expectations; acts in a professional, courteous and cooperative manner toward customers and co-workers; works with a sense of honesty and trustworthiness.

Responsibilities

• Remove unsafe conditions from the Sorting process.
• Execute the Sort Line manufacturing plan on their shift.
• Perform pre- and post-operation inspections of the Sort Line equipment.
• Monitor production and waste materials for evidence of unacceptable product and/or waste.
• Monitor the condition of the equipment to minimize downtime.
• Perform minor servicing on equipment and refer more complex issues to Leads or Maintenance.
• Complete Equipment Condition Reports and report repairs to Supervisor as needed.
• Follow all required safety policies and procedures.
• Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty to the Company.
• Support maintenance and equipment quality and contribute to budget goals.
• Create a collaborative, communicative team environment and engage employees.
• Perform other job-related duties as needed.
