Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems is seeking a Sort Line Operator to manually sort recycled plastics and feed grinders. This role is the first step in the reprocessing line and reports to the Grind Line Supervisor.

You will work 40+ hours per week, including weekends as required, and must maintain PPE compliance while supporting a safe work environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work 40+ hours, including weekends as needed.
• Must be reliable, safety-conscious and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Manually sort plastics to remove items that should not enter grinders.
• Assist with PPE compliance and maintain a safe working environment.
• Support preventive maintenance activities as required.
• Report unsafe conditions to the Grind Line Supervisor.
• Maintain housekeeping and follow ADS CORE VALUES.
