Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working on equipment in a manufacturing or distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses mechanical problems using diagnostic software and technical manuals.
• Repairs and maintains Polymer Center equipment, including conveyors and sorting units, to maximize uptime.
• Performs preventive maintenance according to standard schedules.
• Repairs or replaces parts as directed by a work order system and documents findings.
• Troubleshoots complex electromechanical systems independently.
• Completes daily consumables report and inputs information into asset management software.
