Wood County Hospital in Bowling Green, OH is seeking a Sonographer to join Wood County Women's Care. This full-time, days position provides high-quality ultrasound imaging to support physicians and patient care teams.

Onsite role focused on diagnostic imaging with ARDMS credentials preferred and BLS within 90 days. The successful candidate will perform examinations, monitor patient safety, document findings, and collaborate with the care team to guide treatment decisions.

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved school of diagnostic ultrasound or ARDMS-accepted equivalent.
• ARDMS certification within 18 months of hire or current certification.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• Two years of relevant ultrasound experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations to produce clear and precise images for physician evaluation.
• Monitor patient conditions during procedures to ensure safety and comfort.
• Analyze ultrasound images and document findings in patient records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to review results and assist with treatment decisions.
• Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment and ensure safety protocols.
