KBP Brands invites you to join Sonic Drive-In as an Assistant General Manager. In this role, you will guide daily restaurant operations, lead teams, and partner with the Managing Partner to drive growth while maintaining Sonic standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• One year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand and walk for long periods, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations while upholding Sonic standards and policies.
• Lead the team in training, scheduling, and performance management for the Managing Partner.
• Manage inventory, food safety, and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Oversee financial responsibilities including cash handling and expense control.
• Partner with the Managing Partner to drive growth initiatives and protect brand reputation.
